URBAN OSTEOLOGY
Urban Osteology is the visual study of motion and depth. In drastic plays of white and flashes of color, the interior of things are brought forth to display the bone structures of animals and the human body. This body of work mimics traditional scientific illustration with a bolder view using bright colors and urban graffiti style stencil work.
Each piece is a scientific display of a subject in motion and its underlying bone and skeletal structure. The uniqueness of form is the functioning attributes of the subject's morphology and place in the world. Simplistic actions create bolder statements.
